Dear Valued Customer,

Due to a significant and sustained rise in marine fuel prices caused by global oil supply constraints, our ocean carriers will be increasing their Fuel-Related Surcharge. While our carriers source the majority of their fuel in the U.S. and do not currently anticipate supply disruptions, these price increases necessitate an adjustment.

Effective Sunday, April 12, 2026, the Fuel Related Surcharge (FRSC) will be adjusted as follows:

- Hawaii service: Increased from 16.5% to 20.5%

- Guam/CNMI service: Increased from 17.5% to 21.5%

- Micronesia service: Increased from 19.5% to 23.5%
