Subject: Fuel Related Surcharge Reduction - Hawaii / Guam / Micronesia

Dear Valued Customer,

Since the fuel surcharge adjustment on July 20th, fuel-related costs have continued to soften. As a result, the Hawaii and Guam ocean carriers will reduce their FRSC effective Sunday, September 14, 2025. The surcharge for Hawaii service will be reduced from 18.0% to 16.5%, Guam/CNMI service will be reduced from 19.0% to 17.5%, and Micronesia service will be reduced from 20.0% to 19.5%.
